I would give it zero stars if I could. I finally got a chance to move out but please do not ever think about moving here. The people who manage this place are absolutely terrible and you will never get a single repair done by them no matter what it is. They are absolutely terrible and do not care for human health. I had the bathroom ceiling falling and they never fixed it in over 5 YEARS. They take money from you any chance they get, they won’t let you even try to repair it on your own as much of a safety hazard that it can be. Absolutely terrible people please DO NOT MOVE HERE. I do not know how these people are not out of business yet

First let start with communication. For you to get in contact with them you may have to call 10 times . Last year my rent went up an extra 400 hundred dollars per month. During summer time, they do not want to see kids playing outside. We are not allowed to have anything on my door or window like carpet or decorations for Christmas or Halloween and if you do put any decorations you get a ticket. During winter time if you keep your AC on your window also you get a ticket. They send a lot intimidating text. I reported that on my entrance some tiles was missing and I got an email as an answer telling me that, thats my responsibility to fixed. This place is not the best place to be, I’m not happy to be honest.

I was there to ask about the availability, the ladies are very curious and so helpful. I changed the rate from 5 to 1 star because they are untruthful, they took the money orders and said only 48 hour's to answer but they didn't since December 22nd 2020, even if they declined my application because I'm new immigrant, but they have to tell me, it's very bad experience.

People please don’t waste your time I’m so fed up with this place they don’t fix nothing and they have a roach and mice problem. All they do is give you things to try to fix the issue and nothing gets resolved. I can’t wait to get the hell out of here. All they care about is the money you give them but when it comes to fixing the problems nothing gets resolved.

I lived next door to these apartments for over 3 years and can honestly say your race play a part of getting an apartment over here I seen it time after time and it's still going on it's multiple units open at a time and when a person calls they say it's none available when everyday I look at the empty apartment windows they refuse to rent to any race except for Hispanic and I've seen it first hand They really need to be ashamed
