Just a shout out to Pollack Investments and Heidi and Tara. I recently worked with both of them and they were very helpful and professional. Sometimes, when you stop doing business with a company, i.e., no longer continue being a tenant, you expect to be "kicked out the door" or treated with not as much care as when you were a patron, but i was pleasantly surprised by Tara and Heidi. Every Holiday season Mr. Pollack spends money decorating our local Royal Palms shopping center, and plays the drums on his cheerful float in our local Tempe Holiday parade. Pollack properties fly flags celebrating our history. From reputation he has repeatedly worked with communities and tenants to create a win for all--from winning community awards for improving neighborhoods, to operating his beloved break-even-at-best Tempe Cinemas, to hiring a consultant to assist his tenants with CAREs PPP applications. My husband and I are business people, we know this isn't easy. This covid year has been challenging for everyone, it would have been a perfect time for Mr. Pollack to pullback, e.g.

Great property managers / owners they take very good care of their properties

Michael has always been a staple in the community. Good guys last the longest.
