Mesa Royale Active Adult Community

Love this quiet little community. Very friendly residents. Peggy in the office is fabulous and so welcoming. Pool and hot tub are awesome, there’s a nice mix of activities. Great location!! Last night I walked to the Fry’s across the street to pick up a few items. Restaurants, coffee shops, nail salons, doctors all close by. Plenty of parking spaces and roomy parking lot. Love my little corner in the world.

Beautiful landscape, great amenities, the size of my apartment is SO big when comparing it to other modern apartment complexes. Peggy in the leasing office is amazing, makes you feel at home and made the application approval process seamless. Pet friendly, quite neighborhood and centrally located by everything.

I am so happy living at Mesa Royale! I love my one bedroom apartment. Facing a green lawn with a floral gazebo the views are pleasant. I have everything I need, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, walk in shower, walk in closet and microwave. What makes it home though are the neighbors. We make our community safe.

I have been living at Mesa Royale for almost a year and a half. I find the staff and residence to be extremely friendly and the activities fun and well attended. I have recommended Mesa Royale too many of my friends and acquaintances.

I had my windows cleaned, and the outside screens had to be removed, and then put back on. Maintenance did a great job of being there while the window washers were there. I appreciate the fact that they took care of this. They were friendly, and helpful.
