Kyle Davidson is amazing. I thought I would not be able to get myself and my family into the house of our dreams due to my past credit history or lack thereof but Kyle made it happen! From financial advice and running all the numbers to helping me find an amazing insurance broker and finally closing (and beyond). He answered all my questions and after closing on our new house called to congratulate us and let us know that we can call him with any questions moving forward as well. Under the guidance of Michele Stringer, getting approval for my home loan was much quicker and less stressful than I thought it would be. She guided me through each step of the loan process and informed me of the documents needed and why. Michele also sent me a video as we went through each step to explain what was happening and what to expect next. If I still had any questions I was informed to just let her know and she was there. I started my loan process in early December and closed on my new home January 8th. I still find it hard to believe that it’s a done deal and I’m already in my new home.
