On the good side, the cleaning people are great they deserve, 5 stars of their own. And amenities are good. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything in the apartment next to you, parking in the lot is a car dent away everyday. They allow pets even untrained ones that bark constantly, so sleep may vary.

Had a great experience with Gia. She helped me from start to finish—from touring the building and amenities to getting approved and moving in. She’s super knowledgeable about the area, always responsive, and answered all my questions. Made the whole process easy. Thank you

Pros: -Great location -Didn’t hear the neighbors much -Very nice cleaning ladies -Maintenance makes the building tolerable -Nice appearance -They finally upgraded the doorbell so you can buzz people in -Really nice apartment with high ceilings -The rooftop was my favorite spot in the building to watch the sunset -Hackensack Library is great for the kiddos -They sometimes do yoga, Zumba and boxing which is super cool -They have monthly events in the lobby, for example waffle night Cons: -Leasing office is impossible to get a hold of -Laundry machines don’t wash your clothes properly -Dryers are always broken and take your money -Elevators are always broken AT THE SAME TIME (don’t live on the 5th floor) -Water is constantly being shut off -There is dog urine in the stairwell every single mor

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment, was ignored and left in the cold with no communication other than someone saying I was talking to AI.. where is the human interaction. This place is awful with communication and you should avoid it an all costs….
