The move-in process was one of the best I had ever experienced. Kortney was absolutely phenomenal and she was extremely prompt and responsive to all my questions. One of the things I liked most was my process lasted for an extended period but Kortney worked with me during the entirety to help make sure that I was well taken care of and that's a rare today. I highly recommend!!!

Louie was the service guy to fix my ac this weekend, he was very fast and informative! He told me what he replaced and what he fixed as well as gave me some recommendations on how to keep the system functioning at its best. Highly recommend Melody for its awesome team and maintenance has been so fast since we moved in!

I lived here for a year so far and it’s been great. I am sad to have to relocate for work otherwise I’d stay here. The staff is very friendly and Caleb from the maintenance team is great. All maintenance issues have been resolved the same day I add a request. Sometimes maintenance issues are resolved within an hour of placing the request which is something I’ve never seen before. My biggest concern for rental properties is the parking situation, my past rentals have always had issues of not having enough parking spots. Melody has PLENTY of parking at anytime of the day any day of the week. Bailey and Melissa from the leasing office are always pleasant to speak with and always helpful. My experience at Melody on Main has been exceptional! I relocated from New York and needed to secure a lease sight-unseen, which can be stressful—but Kortney & Bailey at the front desk made the entire process effortless. They were thorough, answered any question and incredibly patient as they helped me finalize my lease entirely over the phone. After moving in, I did run into an issue with my washer not working properly. Kortney was understandable, and provided another unit to wash my clothes in the meantime. Jose Padilla, and Caleb from maintenance were incredible. They showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and fixed it without any hassle. I must say my experience with the overall staff when stopping by for a tour was exceptional to say the least but when I actually went on my tour ( twice I might add ) with Kortney it was one of thee best tours I’ve had since moving here to AZ ! Kortney was pleasant professional and thorough when it came to attention to detail and making sure that I knew exactly what to expect regarding their application process availability of apartments events and to do’s in the area etc . She followed up with me regularly minus any pressure just to see if I had any further questions or concerns and made me feel like a valued client and not just a new lease under her belt!!! Needless to say I ended up renting somewhere else but I most definitely would have rented with them had the timing been in my favo
