Meadows at Sunbury

I had a great experience touring the Meadows at Sunbury. The property is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained—it immediately felt welcoming and comfortable. Brittney was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and she personally gave me the tour while answering all of my questions along the way. She made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends. It truly feels like home.

This is a beautiful, well designed property! I had TWO tours with Brittney, the manager, and she was AMAZING! She showed me several options (along with garages). I am 68 yrs old, have lived alot of places and had tons of questions - all of which she answered right away! It was my second choice, but I picked another complex closer to the city. Thank you Brittney!!!

The apartment manager, Brittany is fantastic. The management staff seems to have a handle on things. The lobby, the pool, the 1&2 bedroom apartments are absolutely stunning. This is such a lovely complex with a fantastic community in a safe place. Also the cost of rent is quite comparable for the area.I just heard that they offer 6, 9 and 12 month lease options.

The Meadows at Sunbury office is always very good about listening to questions regarding how things are working out at the apartment, if I have complaints they are very efficient at correcting the situation. I am very happy with my apartment as well as with the day to day interaction with my neighbors.

Brittney has been so helpful and accommodating with the leasing and move-in process. Love the apartment design and the amenities.
