Loved living here! Close to everything, well taken care of, and the staff was always amazing. All the neighbors were great and friendly. The dog park and pool were very convenient. Maintenance made living here stress free, absolutely amazing staff. Definitely recommend.

Title: Unprofessional Management - False Accusations & Poor Communication I’ve lived here since September 2025, and while the apartment itself is fine, the management has been extremely unprofessional. Issues I’ve experienced: 1. False lease violation accusations. I was accused of having someone “residing” in my apartment because my girlfriend occasionally visits and picks up her son from the nearby bus stop. This is completely within the lease’s guest policy (3 consecutive days, 6 days per month), yet I was threatened with lease violations. 2. Disputed damage claims with zero evidence. Three months after an alleged incident (September 2024), I suddenly received a $1,975 charge for “light pole damage” with no photos, no documentation linking the incident to the damage, and contradicting t

All of the staff is incredibly nice, kind and any time there was an issue (even a small one), they took care of it immediately! My unit was very clean upon move in and was well maintained my the maintenance staff, including good snow removal during snow storms! Jay the on call maintenance manager was by far the kindest and most helpful human of all! He deserves 5 stars on his own! I was in one of the townhomes and I absolutely loved it! I didn’t have much issue hearing neighbors and even when I did at 5am or 2am, the staff was always tactful at handling it! The price was pretty fair for the area and how nice and updated the units are compared to surrounding complexes—which I toured all of them before choosing Cortland Sunbury because it was by far, the best!

Decent place, maintenance is quick, close to a lot of things in town. Parking is horrible, I mean horrible. It’s frustrating coming home and never being able to find a parking spot, even the curb is always full. Don’t feel as though they actually care about any of their residents, they only care about getting every dime they can from everyone. After your first lease is up, the next one will be a nice big increase. Then when you move out, they will nitpick and over charge everything in the apartment so make sure you take pictures. We got $700 charge for a penny sized hole (if that) in a countertop, very cheap countertop at that. We then got charged $713 to “replace the carpet” the carpet was replaced and brand new when we moved in 1.5 years earlier and we did nothing to it and made sure i
