My husband and I just finished our interior color selections and Kati was wonderful as always! She really helps you navigate through the whole process to make it seamless. She takes her time and never rushes you to make a decision while helping you to visualize the room space and make sure things flow well from room to room! We cannot wait to see our vision come to life :)

We have had a great start to our first custom home building process with Diyanni. Carolyn and Jim have been very thorough and patient while exploring our options and finalizing our plans. I hope to increase my rating after we have the opportunity to observe the building process and see the finished project.

We worked with Mackenzie for our 2 color appointments. She was great to work with. She understood our vision and guided us to some new suggestions that we had not thought of. She has a keen eye for color and style.

This is what is looks like when your builder does follow best practice and sticks with the bare minimum requirements. No moisture barrier was used/ so completely molded front wall.

Finished my first color consultation with Mackenzie and it makes me so excited to see everything come together! She walked me through the whole process, helped me make decisions easier, and answered all my questions! Through and through, this has been a great experience working with Diyanni. Aric got us started on the sales side helping us envision our forever home, Dustin helping us tackle our land development, to now Mackenzie helping us make personal touches to the exterior and interior! Just outstanding people!
