Creekside Village Apartments

UPDATE: Today I was told I had to remove my charcoal grill from my property immediately or be charged $75. I posted a screenshot of the language they used in the email to their Google reviews, and not even two hours after I posted that photo, the new office lady, Barbara Mayo, has now threatened to evict me on the 8th of the month, when I plan to pay on the 5th. She then immediately put a tow sticker on our trailer. She takes this job personally, and I upset her, so she retaliated against a tenant via financial means. You won't find one apartment complex in the entire town of Sunbury that evicts on the 8th. Not one. They are vindictive and spiteful, and they like to harass residents that leave bad reviews and threaten to file early evictions as retaliation. Everything is old and outdated

Would NOT recommend living here. Rarely had anyone working in the offices so made it very hard to get ahold of anyone. Maintenance is awful, at one point we had a work order opened for 3 weeks before anything could get resolved and fixed. We lived here for for 2 years our move out was terrible and they charge for every little thing with no explanation when asked. Neighborhood is great allowing for 1 star. Do not recommend living even if the rent is more affordable than other places nearby. They come in quarterly to check the apartment too - never experienced that at any other places we have rented.

This review is specifically for Chris our onsite maintenance man. He is always respectful and has a great attitude. Always willing to help even if its at 5pm and he is on his way out he will stop and talk to ya if you need anything. Great guy

Office staff changes frequently and they don’t usually know what they are doing. The place is going downhill fast.

Creekside village was a terrible place to live, they never have anyone in office and if they do you have to catch them at the right time in order to talk to them, my roommate and I told them we didn’t want to renew our lease and they told us to go into the office and grab a paper saying we didn’t want to renew and then give it back to them I personally could not turn in the paper because no one was ever in office and they then told me they needed it 30 days in advanced and still have it to this day, and we moved out beginning of December. I would personally give it 0 stars if I could.
