Meadowbrook Apartments

Little to no response on issues. Signed lease without being told that inspection hadn’t been completed on unit and I was moving here from out of state. Noisy units, unkempt exterior/interior with trash/recyclables strewn everywhere. Disabled vehicle with a flat tire sits in a front parking space for months. Need I say more??? Property management simply doesn’t care! Better off living in a hostel 😕 2025 update - unfortunately I’m still living here. Management sends monthly email housekeeping reminders yet they do NOT take care of the common areas and ignore my requests. See pictures - bulk trash piles stay in parking lot for weeks. Standing black water in utility sink in basement laundry room anl for weeks. Absolutely disgusting! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I have been living at Meadowbrook for just under a month, and already the conditions have been completely unacceptable. I fully finished moving in on March 11, 2025. My furniture was brand new and there was nothing laying outside. Yet by March 14, I started noticing ants crawling all over the apartment. Then on March 16, I encountered three cockroaches running around the apartment. I immediately put in a maintenance request for pest control on March 17, and it was completely ignored. No response at all. When I came home from work on March 20 I had killed two more cockroaches and went to shower, and the towel bar collapsed instantly the moment I touched it. This place is extremely worse to live in and paying this high price. They don’t have any maintenance service. You wake up in the morning will be no hot water or no water at all. You ask for maintenance they don’t show up 2-3 days. There will be no heat in winter. You call them and there is no maintenance. There are bugs, cockroaches and snakes. They don’t clean the parking lots either when it’s snows. They don’t even put salt in walkway. No security system at all. I think people need to know this before they move in here. Also all three buildings floods as well.

No upkeep railings in the hallway or loose. Waiting for an accident to happen
