Hatfield Village Apartments

I feel so lucky to have found my new home! The entire application process was smooth and stress-free, and my apartment was handed over in perfect condition. A special thanks to Gwen, she was truly the best of the best! She guided me through every step with patience and kindness, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Update: We moved in March 2025. By July 2, 2025, the bathtub and tile walls already had a peeling seal and had to be redone. We were required to vacate the apartment for the day due to strong chemical odors and arrange pet care. As of January 18, 2026, the tub surface is already bubbling and uneven again (see photos). Posting for transparency on the quality of maintenance work less than a year later. ———— They’re offering current tenants $1,000 to bring in new people. That should tell you everything. We moved in fairly recently and the entire process of signing the lease was amazing! Our leasing agent, Gwen, walked us through every step and answered all of our many questions! We went to a few other properties and no other place had the level of care and attention that Hatfield Village gave us. The vibes are really good here and after moving in, we had a few issues that maintenance helped us with very quickly. All in all, our experience has been very pleasant thanks to Gwen and the other staff members here. We are looking forward to staying here for a while!

I greatly enjoyed my time at hatfield village and had a really good experience overall. The management is responsive and easy to work with whenever something comes up. They're always available and ready to talk and help. It's a good feeling knowing they actually care. Maintenance is great with requests too. They're handled quickly and you really feel they respect your home. It’s obvious there’s a lot of care put into keeping the community running. I would recommend it to anyone looking for cozy and reliable place to live.

I recently applied to these apartments. I had a tour set for Saturday 11/1. I had put in a request to have emails for availability for February openings as I heard about these apartments from my parents. I went in and the atmosphere in their office was amazing. The energy from them even on the 1st of the month with the rent being due, and the night after Halloween, they were welcoming and timely. Alex had openings written down for us for February already which shows that they noticed my email and she gave us a tour of a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom and both were amazing and she let us ask as many stupid questions as we wanted without being bothered as first timer renters on our own. After the tour we applied because we knew this was perfect for us (me and my amazing girlfriend lol) and we had
