We just closed on our home at Del Webb North Penn. The process has been good from option selections to construction. Communications along the way were very good. We were kept well informed during construction, and also after we moved in. Reasonable accommodations were made when needed due to unforeseen issues. So, overall it has been relatively smooth. Closing went well with Pulte. They continue to maintain contact and work with us if we find any concerns. So far only minor issues.

My wife and I recently moved into one of the Turin model townhomes at Del Webb North Penn. Pulte has detailed processes from sale, design/option selection, through construction to move in and post move in customer care and warranty. The construction is high quality. Their communication keeps you well informed as to progress and timelines. We also financed through Pulte Mortgage and used their Title company. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We look forward to enjoying all the amenities and activities available in the community.
