Liberty Square Apartments

Living in Liberty Square Apartments has been a frustrating experience, particularly for residents in D Building. There are numerous ongoing issues that management continues to ignore, making this a place I would not recommend. Cleanliness is a major concern. The hallways in D Building are consistently dirty, and trash is often not picked up in a timely manner, leaving an unpleasant odor and attracting pests. Speaking of pests, dead bugs frequently litter the floors, showing a clear lack of routine cleaning or pest control. The maintenance service is extremely poor. Requests take forever to be addressed, if they are even acknowledged at all. Many essential features in the units, like old carpets and lack of dishwashers, reflect how outdated the apartments are. Bait and switch pricing. The owners of Liberty Square Apartments (Real Estate Growth Advisors, LLC "REGA") advertise what I would call an affordable rate for single bedroom and two bedroom apartments in the Hatfield area. However, when it comes to seeing the apartment in-person - and the paperwork - they inflate the pricing. I would recommend that all would-be renters avoid this property and all properties held or managed by Real Estate Growth Advisors, LLC "REGA" because they are deceitful and lack integrity.

Worst apartments ever never live here. They don't clean anything and never have they once changed their carpet. there are spider webs hanging outside the door. I wont even give this one star.
