Mazza GrandMarc

I am a Howard student but currently leasing with Mazza. I have had the pleasure to be here for my Junior year and the only complaint I have is the Wifi not working for certain devices, slow maintenance with the previous owners, and the fact that there will be no Howard shuttles for next year. I really like it here at mazza and I would like to continue living here for my Senior year. I always try to recommend other classmates to choose mazza but with there being no shuttles for next year it has become a bummer. Outside of that Mazza is a really nice apartment and I am excited to see all the new amenities and changes the new owners will be bringing! We also have a pool but unfortunately have yet to be in it, I hope they open it up soon!

Charli showed me around the property, and I’m SO excited to see this property after they fully finish renovating. The model she showed looked so good!! I walked around the clubhouse, and they’re in the works of renovating it, so I’m really looking forward to the final product. She was very informative, was SO sweet, and really got me thinking about signing here!! I think I’ll be coming back into the office to see how I can sign

The apartment itself is fine. It’s often noisy and nothing is done about noise complaints. Housekeeping does not clean all areas often, it took a week for a dead bird to be removed from a stairwell.

Living here at mazza has been pretty well. I understand nothing is perfect but things are getting better. The staff is very respectful and responsive. They will try to help you best of their ability and I really appreciate that.

New management is avoidant when it comes address problems that they caused and finding solutions. I’ve been waiting to hear back from someone after my issue had been escalated 3 times and it’s been over a month since I first reached out about my problems. They do all do this and expect us to renew our leases
