Mason Oaks Townhome Rentals

I would NOT recommend living here unless you are financially prepared for excessive move-out charges. I lived here for 3 years and was charged for minor items such as a TV mount, dusty baseboards, and appliance cleaning—things I believe fall under normal wear and tear for a long-term tenant. Rent is very high for what is offered, with limited amenities. The move-out process felt unfair, and management did not seem to act in the best interest of a departing resident. I was even asked if I had items I didn’t want anymore and gave my balcony furniture to my manager Cindy , yet I was still heavily charged. Overall, future tenants should document everything carefully before moving out.

We’ve had a great experience living at Mason Oaks Townhomes. Cindy is a fantastic property manager — responsive, friendly, and always on top of things. The community itself is quiet and well-maintained, which we really appreciate. The location is also a huge plus. Being in downtown Mason, we’re just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and the community center. It’s been a convenient and comfortable place to call home!

Our family loves this place. Peaceful neighborhood, good people around, excellent property manager (Cindy), relatively new construction. It's been a great experience since February 2025! P.S. I do miss a playground area, but there's a large garden available for kids to play.

Renters beware this place may look newer but the place is falling apart I have lived there for over 1 year (we had to stay ) moved from another state to Cincinnati for a job with my family Squeaky floors bad carpet and the laminate floors coming a part clogged sinks and toilets Flooded basement the basement shade broken and falling down on my kids 1st day They only have a handyman once a week If your lucky he will get to you if not you have to wait one more week and will tell you will be there between this time and this time but never show up Cheap owner and manager Cynthia Will tell you lies after lies about will take care of of it don’t worry Her go to line of lies is I don’t what happened this never happened before They ask the resident to give them 5 stars review haha No one did they a

We lived at Mason Oaks for almost 2.5 years. It was a great solution for our family. The location is ideal. Close to restaurants, shopping, etc. The design of the townhouse is great. Perfect for storage and the unfinished basement was the right size to move our items from storage. The materials and construction are rental quality, but adequate. The design of the space makes up it, especially since most rentals are not long term. Cindy, the property manager, makes this community. She is quick to respond and solve problems. Her scope of knowledge and property management keeps the community humming without issues. I hope her management rewards and recognizes her appropriately because it’s hard to find reliable employees like her. We enjoyed our time at Mason Oaks and would recommend it to oth
