Mason Grand

In my life, Ive only ever written unsolicited reviews for apartments to warn others not to lease there. That changes with this place. I have never stayed at a better aparment complex in the 8 throughout my life thus far. A quiet, friendly community, walking distance to a grocery store. My own personal garage. Lack of required maintenance (and when it is required they respond very quickly). A well supported community garden, and a great location overall. While the prices are a little up there, to me it's worth it for the peace of mind and the homliness of it all. If you can afford it, definitely consider this place.

The Mason Grand is a very wonderful and lovely community to live! The ladies in the office are so kind and I always feel very comfortable calling them Brandi and Emily!! The maintenance is great with a very professional and kind gentleman Derrick! He gets the job done and on a great timeline! I am so happy to live here. It’s very easy and convenient living! A new staff that she used to be here for a while was so nice. She was always kind and nice to everybody. But she left here and here's only rude sfaff such as Brandon. I didn't feel safe while I was living here, I saw policemen visiting some house1 here too many times. There were more than 5 police cars, an ambulance and many many policemen once. I saw many cigarettes on the ground.

Mason grand staffs are so rude. They don't respect others including residents. That's why we decided to leave here. When I came here, there were not so many negative reviews, that's the reason I choose here, but now, you can see many warnings which said "Don't move here." I totally agree with them.

My husband and I love Mason Grand. Brandy and Cierra were so helpful to us upon looking for our new home to live. They were welcoming and always there to answer our questions. We have lived at many different places that claim they are luxury apartments and turn out to be the opposite. Mason Grand lives up to that luxury expectation. My favorite amenity is the resort style pool and the community garden!! The gym area is also 24 hours which is great for my work schedule. When we first moved in, Steve, the maintenance supervisor, addressed my maintenance concern right away. He was very friendly and was happy to help me! Thank you Mason Grand for all you do. I will always tell friends and family about this place.
