Do not trust marrington village online portal rent system you will get screwed over. The office manager said that they're online system and what their office system says is not matching.So if you think your rent is one thing when you go on to pay it using marrington village online system because that's what the online system is telling you , that is not what you're rent is !!! I paid what the online system told me to pay for my rent on the 2nd of October . on the 3rd 4th and 5th of October i went on the online portal and it told me I have a 00.00 balance, well on the 13th of October i went back onto the online portal and it tells me I owe 125.00 for late fees so I goes into the office to see whats going on and the office manager tells me its cause I didn't pay my rent for October which

Marrington Village is a joke you got us paying all this rent and this place is nasty . The view out my windows is furniture overflowing that no one has picked up since I moved. Apartment that caught on fire two or three months ago not fix & a tree that fell down that hasn’t been removed including the potholes that somebody field with bricks hasn’t been fixed.

I was hit with false rent charges that I do not owe — and despite providing documentation to prove this, management continues to ignore the facts. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, they’ve chosen to respond with intimidation tactics, including threats of late fees and eviction. I love the google nest in my unit. Such a cool feature I did not find in other buildings in the area. The playground is perfect for family with kids. Mine had so much fun!

I’m honestly pretty upset. I moved here the beginning of March 25’ and I’ve had issues since. My garbage disposal doesn’t work which is now cause I smell, my AC unit doesn’t not work either. I’ve called and emailed the office MULTIPLE times to fix these issues and I just keep being told “I’ll put a work order in” yet nothing has come to it. I also opted in to use the flex app to help me pay my rent throughout the month and the property manager still has not approved it. I can’t even use the resident portal on their website because it says there is no information of it on there. I reached out with screenshots and asked a hand full of times to have it verified so I can pay my rent and I’ve still been fighting with it. (If you don’t pay the flex app by the 5th you can no longer use them) So n
