EDIT (10/5/2025): The management team commented expressing disappointment in my experience and asked me to reach out. I've attempted multiple times, but unfortunately they have not answered or returned my calls. It's disappointing that after inviting me to discuss my concerns, there's been no real effort to listen or help resolve the issue. The best complex & area that I have ever stayed in! Management responds quickly & I rarely have any maintenance issues, but when I do, they’re on it within a day. I love that it’s a smaller complex too, so everyone is pretty neighborly yet minds their business at the same time. If you’re reading this and looking for confirmation on living here, this is it. Do it!

My husband and I have absolutely loved this apartment complex. We are moving into a bigger place and honestly couldn’t have more mixed feelings about it. This place is the perfect size that you still have all the amenities of a big complex (pool, fitness center, etc) but small enough that the staff truly knows you. Our office has been so attentive and kind to us. We both work long hours and if we don’t have time to get our packages from the office while they’re open they will leave it by our door for us. Anytime I call with a question they are always quick to answer, or great at calling you back. The maintenance has also been great to us. I’ve lived in some not great apartment complexes before where you can never get something fixed, bugs, mold, can never get someone on the phone, etc. But

We have absolutely loved living here! The staff goes above and beyond to help with any issues that come up! Very safe and quiet!

My husband and I had a great experience staying at the MarQ! The office and maintenance crew were always very helpful, and great at communicating with their residents. The area felt safe, and was relatively quiet. I’d say we lucked out with the unit we stayed in. If we didn’t have to move cities, we would’ve stayed longer without a doubt!
