If I could leave zero stars I would. If your lender selects this appraisal company ask for another! Our lender had to send the appraisal back THREE times for incomplete information and parts of the report being completed incorrectly. They also took forever to submit the corrections causing us to not be able to close on time. Our lender said they are adding this company to their do not use list going forward with the 3rd party that selects appraisers. Stay away if you want to close on time with an accurate report!

Just like previous review, if I could, I would give it a zero star. A lot of incorrect and inaccurate info in their "appraisal" and the agent does whatever he feels like and his lack of professionalism is obvoius; when matters got questioned to him. This person should not be in this line of work. To anybody who needs an appraisal on their home, avoid this company at all cost! Save yourself the headache! WORST EXPERIENCE.
