Mariners Place Apartments

My review is not directly reflected on Mariners place itself as apartments but solely on Johnathan the maintenance guy and his team, He has been the bright spot for me since moving here, If i do choose to renew my lease its because my trust in him to take care of things needed not only for the apartment but the whole complex, always nice, always answers always follow through on time. Shout out to Johnathan and the entire maintenance team

Been living here for 4 years and have to say the management team has always been awesome. I recently renewed my lease and needed a few things updated. Jennifer Dupree was amazing. Told her what I needed and she took care of it right away. Kept in touch with me to make sure everything was in order. Thank you Jenn. Love my new kitchen faucet.

I love this community been here for over a year and by far the best residents i’ve lived at and the team is amazing especially Jennifer !!!!! She really went above and beyond to all the questions and information process i needed help with! Thank you again !

Heavily consider your options when moving here. The rent is low/affordable but you get what you pay for and the property management treats you as such. You pay for shared amenities with other tenants; water and trash, which adds to your rent, but the prices are never the same, it ranges from $100-$200 a month. You hear everything, the walls are paper thin. There is no airflow in the center units. There are only windows on one side of the unit. No AC and no heating. The pool is always filthy. It's unusable most of the time. It's cleaned but not as much as it should be so it's always filthy. Same as the Jacuzzi, which has been out of commission for 4 months.
