Incredible reviews for under $3k/mo. You pay for the location and unbeatable views. The surrounding buildings are all shorter, unadulterated views. Early 2025 ensuring structural integrity requires some scaffolding. They set proper expectations right away. I received a very useful and personable tour from Adam. Great vibes! The residents I met are all relaxed and calm potential neighbors. It's worth a tour.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I moved to Marina Tower in January 2025, and my experience has been terrible. If you’re thinking about moving here — don’t! Building management is awful. They rarely respond to emails or maintenance requests unless you follow up multiple times. There’s ongoing construction during the day, and since yesterday, they’ve put plywood over my windows — my apartment is completely dark during the day. The construction noise is extremely loud, and my unit is clearly unlivable. Yes, they offered a $400 rent reduction and some credits for a coworking space, but that doesn’t come close to making up for the awful living conditions.

I would like to say that Eron Soto was decently friendly. This apartment is marketed as a luxury apartment. It is anything but that. It is filthy. The building is old looks like it falling apart! THIS 75 year old BUILDING HAS NOT BEEN EARTHQUAKE RETROFITTED. I spoke with several tenants who had various complaints. Someone told me that the elevator leaked water a few months ago! What I observed when I was there was one elevator down and 2 washing machines were down! Apparently this is very common. For the price this is not worth the money. Also, you basically live in a hotel as half the units are rented out for airbnbs. This doesn't make for a safe living environment having strangers constantly in and out of the building. I lived at Marina Towers and had to move out because it became completely unlivable. There was constant drilling and construction noise, the elevators were always broken, and the laundry machines almost never worked. Management’s response to everything was slow, dismissive, or just nonexistent. Paying $3k+ a month for this is insane. I would not recommend this building to anyone.

dude i lived here for like 3-4 years with my momma and there were a few issues, and telling by the reviews it really doesnt seem theyve been resolved, but i didnt have much issue living here and actually liked it she has no idea im here putting in my 2 cents but its whatever. when we first moved in and in the start it was great, we had minimal issues, but small issues kept arising every year which looking back i feel she blew way out of proportion. you can hear every sound through the wall which honestly didnt bother me at all but she seemed bugged so i thought its worth mentioning. we'd constantly have a knock or a thud come from a wall or the ceiling or you could hear chatter from the neighbour's apartment and occasionally even personal moments that shouldnt be heard. not great. but ho
