We purchased our house with Marian Chiasson about 1 year ago, and couldn't be happier. We spent a good bit of time researching the steps needed to buy a house and the pitfalls involved before reaching out to a real estate agent, and I'm sorry we did it that way around because Marian was amazing, and took ask the time in the world to make sure we had ask the information we needed. She was always available(within limits, of course, we never did try calling at midnight!) and we never felt we were putting her out. Of the few houses we selected to look at, she was very quick and thorough with getting us the information we needed, as well as dealing with some other not so nice real estate agents for us. The utter lack of communication is astounding. They are borderline unethical in their business practices. My wife and I should be closing as I right this review but they are un-reachable. They delivered documents at the absolute last minute and refuse to answer any calls or questions. Disgusted
