Mapledale Village Senior Apartments

Its is unfortunate that I find it necessary to write this negative review of Mapledale Senior Living however it is import for potential residents to understand the unfair and dishonest polices and procedures Mapledale follows. My mother moved into Mapledale in August of 2011. During the last 8 yrs she as been a model resident never causing a problem and always paying her bill in a timely fashion. At the time of moving in Mapledale collected a refundable security deposit of $500 from my mother. In November of last year my mother suffered a medical emergency and as a result she found it necessary to move into an assisted living facility.
