DO NOT MOVE IN HERE EVER I wish I could give 0 stars unfortunately I still live here want to move but cant afford it sadly the new manager sucks he has been making tenants do his job for him calling the cops on other tenants for him letting people do drugs get away with it and not only that these apartments are not safe they like to watch what you very carefully like you're being watched no privacy unless you live next to cool people A4 and A6 like to cause issues so hope you dont live here in A5 after I leave when I can the rules are insane no grills no kiddie pools unless they are on sidewalks you have to have papers stating who stays the night otherwise you get in trouble they have to be able to check your bank accounts or you might get in trouble just cause my fiance is here I either h

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have been working on the roofing for over a month now, with about a month left to go according to the construction company they have doing it. It starts at 7 am… and so insanely loud that pictures fall of the walls from them outside. And goes ALL DAY. So if you have young children who need to sleep, good luck. They will be awake early in the morning with 0 possibility of napping through out the day because it’s that loud. I work from home and it’s so loud my customers could hear it and could barely hear me over the phone. I now have to commute and hour one way and an hour back from my mothers everyday. Besides that they leave massive amounts of Debris.. everywhere. And not just roofing tiles, dangerous items like nails, siding, and metal gutters, e

Have lived in maple village for just short of 4 years. My home was infested with mice, from day one. They had hired terminex, but the infestation has took over not only my apartment, but the building. I stayed due to financial hardship, and this is government housing. But the living conditions were gross. The mice were so bad they dropped from my ceiling fan in the bathroom, and into the toilet, where I found it floating. I hear them in the walls, and it was an experience I'm happy to be leaving in the past. Lastly, they also had an infestation of Beatles. They come every year , and will come through the doors, windows, and we're falling from my ceilings, a few months every year. Not the fault of the maintenance, it was the property management.

This place will kick you out for no reason, you will get a lease violation for nothing. Everyone tries to get you kicked out if they don't like you and everyone's a tattle tale. Also the management sides with the tenants and takes sides. Ridiculous.

People out side all night. Kids everywhere unattended. Nope.
