Debra and her husband are truly the most kindest people I’ve ever met. I’m so grateful to have had such an amazing landlord. As soon as I would turn in a maintenance request, she was on it. She truly cares about her tenants and tries her best to cater to all of her tenants needs. My family and I lived there for 6 years and she came after our 1st year of being there and she truly has made great changes from our previous landlords. I highly recommend going to these apartments, especially if you want landlords who really care.

I was a resident for a year here in 2023, the landlord Ms.Debra gave me a chance and was one of the nicest landlords I ever had, small community I never had a problem living here by myself, I do miss it and appreciate the opportunity to get on my feet to call maple court my home. food is good in lakewood too

I lived there for awhile and had the worst time while living there. Debra Longfellow and her husband are horrible landlords. They are slum landlords. They landlords know they have drug makers and dealers in they complex and don't do anything about it. Debra said " they pay rent, I can't kick them out". They do not take care of there property, they take care of bare minimum on the property. Our dishwasher and toilet had issues and she sent people to fix it, needless to say the people she sent to fix it did not speak English hardly and didn't fix the issue at all. That apartment complex has cops called in them on a regular basis. People are very rude there. The landlord was very nice at first, then only a month after living there she and her husband were rude and did very little if anything

Over priced for apartments that hasn't been upkept since the 70's, and the only time you see the landlord is the first week of month,.and they live on premises.

Safety neighborhood and friendly environment. Nice to drive closer to work!🤗
