I wanted to share an updated experience. The management team has done a great job addressing previous concerns — the air conditioning was fixed, and the building has been looking much better lately. The carpets were recently cleaned, and the overall maintenance has noticeably improved. I truly appreciate the effort to make this a more comfortable and well-kept place to live. Thank you to the team for your work and attention.

Everything I needed and didn’t understand she helped me in every way with it and because of her I was able to get my apartment and for that I’m very grateful to her. Thank you so much Ryann😊

I moved in just in time, right when the new management company (Saturday Properties) took over last summer. My first impressions were good. The maintenance staff are kind and efficient. It would be nice if the office was open every day during the week with normal business hours. I love the layout of the apartment! It has more than enough space to make it feel like home. And each unit has it's own large storage closet in the apartment so no storage fees are needed. I'm really happy with the location and every resident I've interacted with has been very nice.

This is just the worst apartment complex i have lived in. An apartment complex with no maintenance, sometimes no one in the office for days. Management is never truthful to residents. I had a maintenance issue when i was living in this complex, they refused to take care of that until i have to move out. From the time the issue started to the time i moved out is almost a year. Which means they don't care about you. Only your money. Anytime you walk to their office they will only promise you that it will be taken care right away. Which is not true. This is the first apartment complex i moved in and all staffs members in the office resigned in not less than three months. Which means no one is happy here. Remember you are working 8 to 12 hours a day for your money. You using that money to pay

Non heated pool, mailboxes are broken, broken intercom system, building needs many repairs. Office gets broken into a few times a year, packages are stolen, charged more for trash when everyone leaves and throws everything away, outdated a/c heating unit, someone always props one of the doors open, 2 bedroom units don't have enough closet space
