Mangini Place Apartments

My experience living here has been great. I’m a (LVN), and I’m qualified to live in this community. Most of the residents work for a living, and it feels like a hardworking, down-to-earth place. Yes, there are a lot of kids around, and they can be a little loud at times, but they’re generally respectful on my side and even offer to help me when they see me. The neighbors are friendly, and I truly appreciate how well the manager and groundskeepers maintain the property, it’s always clean and cared for. Another big plus is the school district. It’s excellent, and my kids are doing very well academically, which means a lot to me as a parent. Overall, it’s a positive, supportive place to live.

The residents are generally friendly but lack common courtesy and consideration. It is regularly very noisy from 7:30 AM to 2:00 AM. Trash areas are filthy, with food thrown on the ground despite management's efforts. The pool is often overcrowded with boys and men and frequently contaminated with feces. Small children run around after school, damaging landscaping, screaming, and using obscene language late into the night. It would not work for remote workers or shift workers. Management is polite but seems overwhelmed, rarely addressing complaints. Despite a non-smoking policy, it took a year to resolve issues with smokers spreading marijuana and cigarette odors in the building despite blatant smoking in and outside of the units. Husband and I applied, a month goes by and we hear nothing from them. We call and no one ever answers, so my husband finally went to speak to them in person. Lady says we got denied because he wasn’t working at one of his two jobs for 3 months. Even though I’ve been working at mine for two years and he’s been working at his first job for a year. Said we could apply again this month, but absolutely not.

Company is a scam. Their phone number goes to several different properties of St.Anton. The managers at Granite city and Mangini has retaliate against me several times because I reported their district manager for discrimination. They approved my application then denied it based off lies the manager told. I have all documents in email correspondence they took $500 holding deposit cashed the check and now refusing to lease or return the funds

Hi, I live in Folsom Ranch and I reported a domestic violence incident to the manager Camena at Mangini Place Apartments. I was absolutely appalled by her lack of concern. When I asked her to make a police report, she refused and told me she didn’t care. There was a lady severely assaulted on the apartment property and the maintenance worker confirmed that he witnessed the same lady looked abused. The manager didn’t want to do anything about it. When I tried to explain why it’s a liability that as manager she’s a mandated reporter; she interrupted me and told me to leave and that she would call the police (on me!) for trust passing. This is horrible and very unprofessional management. Camena needs to be let go before an incident happens that ends up holding the company accountable!
