Majestic Apartments-El Cajon

We have been staying in this community for 2 months now and we see no negative issues so far. The buildings are well kept and the grounds are well maintained. We are enjoying the pool too much, since we have a little one who loves water ( and yes, the pool is heated!). Laundry room is accessible with an affordable fee. The superb assistance of the office and maintenance personnel is a great plus! I so love this place.

Moved in here in November of 2021. The apartment itself… it is what you pay for. Nothing fancy, definitely a great opportunity for fist time renters and lower prices as far as the two bedroom goes. The laundry was very accessible and never had any issues with requested when it came to fixing something in my unit. Now the management was amazing. I needed to get out of my lease due to my roommate situation and they helped me every step of the way as well as gave me advice. I’m pretty sure Christina is the one who helped me. She was very kind and understanding and made sure I was taken care of. I appreciate everything they did!

I really like community management Team. Kirstina helped me alot through her time. Before she got promoted. They Have excellent management team, that's speaks to their tenants and whole everyone accountable. Thank you again Delta Property for Have my family last 3 years.

Kudos to Rachelle for the outstanding customer service she has given to help me get my place. Everything went smoothly and easily. There were literally no hiccups on her end. Maintenance does a great job as well, and they are on top of things I plan on staying longer than I thought.

Just moved in, best move-in experience ever. No drama, no complaints. Kudos to Christina and mgr Ron for making this as smooth and efficient as possible. Christina was incredibly helpful with move-in options and advice. Incidentally, I Iived in this complex about ten years ago and everything is as nice or nicer than it was then. The property has been very well maintained.
