I am writing this to hopefully deter good people from getting stuck in a bad, unsafe living situation. This place is extremely unsafe. Not only Do I think this building should be condemned due to the mold behind the walls (you can smell the mold the second you walk into any building) but I’ve also witnessed unacceptable things that ended in no reasonable solution (violence, nudity, illegal activity) . If you have any issues and try bring them up to the property managers attention, they will do everything in your power to NOT come to a solution and avoid your problem like it’s a life mission. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I truly wish I could give zero stars to this awful place. This is without a doubt the absolute worst living experience I have ever had and it's not even close. Look at all the recent views and the current trends for this place. Everyone is having the same experience and it's going downhill FAST. They will do everything possible to get as much money from you as they can while doing everything in their power to do absolutely nothing to help you with issues or make improvements to the building or community. They will trap you in overpriced leases so you can never save up enough to move out. Save yourself the grief and torment and just find a private renting option somewhere else in town. I have lived here for 2 years and can say I've had a very pleasant stay here. The staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are awesome, always come by quickly and respond quickest if you submit a work order online. I had an old dishwasher when I moved in, it was quickly replaced with a brand new one. The complex itself is very green (lawns are mowed often). I even got lucky with my apartment balcony facing the green lawns, see pics from my balcony.

Not usually a post review kind of person but had to this time. We needed an apartment for my sister very quickly and one that allowed a co signeR (really just a second name on the lease). Trust me, that is a thing of the past. From the minute I met Amber, the process was smooth and comfortable. Amber is a great representative for Morgan properties. She helped me orchestrate the move and gave us all the information we needed from move in to move out. Had several interactions with the manager Lauren and felt the same way. The few times we needed maintenance, we simply put our concern on the portal and the next day it was addressed. The portal is great for communication and rent payments. Super easy.
