The first thing that catches your eye when looking for a new home, is how well the grounds are kept. Cortex made a grievous error when choosing Leland Management. In just a short time, this once well kept community now looks barren. The expert gardening is courtesy of Juniper. You will be able to distinguish the three that show how the bushes and plants should look. All of the life preservers have seen better days. There's no umbrellas at the pool and the ⛲ s haven't been on in months. I also included pics of the mulch landslides after a nice rain.

The neighborhood has been great. I know all my immediate neighbors and they've been fantastic. Leading up to hurricane Irma, one of the people in the single family homes allowed me to borrow their ladder. A bunch of the neighbors joined together to put up shutters together. Some packages were taken off of front steps lately, but otherwise it's been fine here. The pools are well maintained and the splash pad is wonderful.

It's nice here . I do recommend having cameras . 3 months after we moved our Christmas lights projector and decorations were stolen from the front of our house. Buying experience was ok. I hate the term that was repeated to us over and over when something was not done correctly. "Nothing is perfect and imperfections happen"... well guess What? I am paying you to build me a home like the model you showed me ,not for one similar to it. So yeah... Here I am with not perfect walls. Have to see those imperfections everyday and be happy because "things happen". I asked for that one request to have my walls look even and I was told "nothing can be perfect" anyway. I do still love our house .

I bought my townhouse here about 2 yrs ago now. I am the happiest camper ever. The experience was great, service amazing, customer service excellent and this location is becoming a great neighborhood, with very nice ppl buying literally every day. I couldn t happier!

The buying experience was a nightmare. The salesman, Gil, was extremely unhelpful and never bothered to help with any requests I asked for in the house. He would lie to you about everything to get you to buy the house. After signing the contract, he disappeared and was never available to help. Called and left voicemail, and he never returned the calls. Poor customer service throughout and the experience has been the worst. Regret buying a house here and and Gil never helped with any options I asked for. This is definitely not the house I wanted. It's a shame because the field manager has been very helpful but the Sales side is just terrible and unprofessional.
