Madison Park Apartments

I’ve been at this apartment damn near my entire life, and honestly if you’re looking to live here I’d say to expand your options and go somewhere else. One of the problems that this apartment has is a rodent problem. The past couple of years they’ve had a mouse problem and all they’ve done to fix it was put mouse traps and other residents complained about this too. The other day I literally saw a mouse in the washing machine when I was about to wash my clothes. Another problem is that this apartment has not been updated in literal YEARS. The apartment is very old. That can be seen as a non issue, but it’s a very big issue for me because I think there should be updates in the apartment especially for residents like me who has been living here for a while. I deliver for Amazon and attempted to make a delivery here. The customers notes required I buzz the leasing office. A lady who clearly did not want to be at work then picks up, asks me what I want. I inform her who I am and my purpose. She sounds confused and asks how many packages. I let her know it is 18. She then requests I tell her each apartment and who it’s for, I declined. She asks again and I decline yet again. She then informs me the leasing office is closed. Based on business hours, it should have been open. This occurred a little after 1pm Thursday. She then tells me she can’t help me and I need to contact the 18 recipients. I query if all along she couldn’t help then… she then rudely responds that the leasing office is closed yet again and she can’t help me. Before I could utte

I've been here about 6 months now and I truly enjoy it. Kim has been pleasant from the beginning. I am continuously impressed with her and her friendly demeanor. She's always responsive and has things taken care of in a timely manner. She's always willing to work with you if you need something. My apartment unit is nice and spacious. And I don't see roaches left and right like I did at my past complex. The basement has a small gym and laundry room. The laundry room is open 24 hours. Parking is assigned by number and you can pick your spot. You won't come home having to worry about finding a parking space. There is also secure entry. So far, so good!

The property manager, Patrick, is incredible. He really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for the residents. The apartments are really nice, and the location is close to a metro. If there’s any maintenance issue, Patrick and his team take care of it literally within hours. Highly recommend this apartment complex!

Ms Kim is rude and unprofessional. She talks to people like they're a child. I'm a mother, grandmother and great grandmother and I never had anyone talked to me in that harsh and hostile manner. They never answered your phone calls as a potential tenant so when I missed my tour date Ms Kim called me.and told me to never call again. I'm glad I find a new home whereas the employees are professional and know how to talk to potential tenant.
