They rented me a place in Worcester for $1150. The next month they sold the building to a company that raised the rent to $1550 the next month. When I asked the new owners why this happened they told me that this company was not supposed to rent the unit I'm in until after the rent hike. Essentially they set me up for failure. They should be ashamed. Make sure you read your paperwork and ask questions or they may do something underhanded to you as well.

Rented with these landlords from January 2021-October 2023, Amazing landlords when you are on their good side, they do work with you when your on their good side, landlords brought me to court and threw me out 5 months pregnant didn’t want to negotiate anything no fault eviction filed… they stated they have no reason to kick me out, currently 3 months since I left per court agreement still sleeping on the street, now 8 months pregnant they kept my entire security deposit both units I live in! It’s a hit or miss with them. Good luck.

I rented from Peter Fondini from May 2020 - July 2021. This was the worst experience I have ever had from a Landlord. Any complaint against another tenant smoking cigs., in their apartment or noise was ignored. The tenant below me played music after 9:00 P.M. for months, and it was so loud that it caused my apartment to shake. I requested assistance from the landlord numerous times but to no help. The building at 50 E Main St. in Orange is disgusting, and is poorly maintained. The fire alarm system was broken and the alarm would go off in the middle of the night! This was finally fixed though. I am currently fighting with him to get the rest of my rent back since I moved out on July 17th, and the month of July's and August's rent was already paid. DO NOT RENT FROM PETER FONDINI OR MJEMMS L

These people suck. I have a great job and 784 credit score but they won't rent to me because of a past criminal record. I disclosed it to him beforehand and he told me apply yet any of their properties I apply to he lies and just says it's already rented. Straight coward.

Stove and heat shut off on Dec 9th due to leaking gas landlord brought a stove and a electric heater 3 days later. Took out the old stove and left 4 inch vent hole in the wall straight to the ouside. He didn't hook up the stove until the second week in January. Left the open vent for a total of 34 days before I called the health department. Also he tried to tell us the stove was new he brought but when I opened the oven it was caked with burnt food. Stay away from this guy. Also he says lease but he gives you a tenant at will contract which is not a standard lease it gives him the right to throw you out at anytime for anyreason.
