Working with DND Homes was`an amazing experience. We have watched them raise the quality of our neighborhood for the last couple of years. We studied their projects before we decided to work with them. They were totally transparent with their plans, kept us informed and stood by their word down to the last detail. When negotiations got testy with the city instead of backing away they hung in with us to navigate the new zoning ordinance. We were approached by many developers but none had such a comprehensive plan that would accomplish our goals and still preserve our legacy. We could not be more thrilled with the beautiful home we purchased from DND. The design is stunningly elegant and the attention to detail of the team is incredible. We had some upgrades to the home and were blown away by the high standards and commitment to quality of the DND team. We have actually had custom homes built in the past, and this home is by far the most comfortable, elegant and beautiful home we have owned (and we have had 4 new build homes)! Additionally, the customer service of Mahir, the CEO, and his team, has been amazing.

Do not do business with this company. After purchasing a close to $3 million dollar brand new home, I would expect better service. After just 2 years of ownership, we have had serious issues with the construction of the home. Most notably, our brand new roof developed a leak that caused damaged to the wood flooring. In addition, paneling on the outside of the house has become warped. Areas of the wood flooring have developed gaps. We have had contractors come look at the issues and they are surprised a house this new is having the issues we are saying. Of course, DND is refusing to provide any support to us other than coming to our house and saying there is nothing we can do. Be wary when buying a house built by them. They do not stand by their products

The most caring construction company I have ever encountered. They treated me very attentively from the beginning to the end of the process. The houses they built were far above expectations in terms of material quality and design. Thank you for everything
