Seven Springs Apartments

Seven Springs is an amazing place to live! The apartment is safe, very clean, maintenance is prompt, has a decent gym, very good club house (paid), small pool and grills. It also has a great landscape and the trees are really pretty during fall. It also has a water body and adds to the view and also invites geese which are a pleasure to watch. The complex is also located very close to a lot of grocery stores (Wegmans, HMart, Market Basket etc), the Burlington mall, restaurants and right next to I-95.

Overall my experience there was great. Good location, quiet neighborhood. Dog-friendly with responsible owners who pick up after their pets. Close to Mary Cummings park, Burlington mall, and Lahey Clinic. It has a well-maintained clubhouse, with grills, fireplace and pool. The gym is convenient and large, with circa 2010 machines that work as they should. The maintenance team and snow removal are great. The only caveat is that it is not the “luxury” property it claims to be. The grass is kept mowed and tidy, but bare patches are not fixed. Landscaping is lovely, and the occasional dead plant is removed but nothing is ever replaced. Only the plants at the entrance are maintained, and not always well. Individual units are spotless, but the halls and building entrances are grimy. Sidewalks

Our family’s over rating is definitely 5+ (on a scale of 5)! We have been living at Seven Springs for almost 7 years now, we LOVE it. This community has been a place where we have called home. We have made lots of friends here. The monthly social events arranged by the management have helped a lot, as well as having the other social activity areas such as the pool, the clubhouse, the fire-pit and the grills area. The Seven Springs management has been incredible in each and every way. They are always very professional, friendly, accommodating, fair and tenant-centered. My experience at Seven Springs was absolutely wonderful! Kelsey and the management team were so responsive and helpful. The amenities are great and the community feels like your own little sanctuary with all the ponds and walking paths. The maintenance team responded within a few hours anytime something needed fixed. If I didn’t have to relocate out of MA I would love to stay here.

I could not possibly say enough good things about my experience at Seven Springs, where I’ve lived for the past year and am thrilled to be living next year as well. The apartment units are luxurious, spacious, bright, and insulated from outside noise. We especially love our sunny balcony and the large window seat in our master bedroom. The buildings are beautifully maintained and feel very safe with advanced security systems. Neighbors and staff are friendly, considerate, and helpful. Maintenance has always been outstanding. They have addressed each of our service requests within a day or less. Parking is a breeze (covered garage spaces or outdoor spaces right next to the building with plenty of availability).
