The Huntington

I recently went a tour and the leasing agent was great, Jay showed us some two bedroom apartments and they were lovely. I am not looking to move until the summer, but it was great to see the options available at The Huntington. This community is top on my list, the location is perfect!

I’ve lived at the Huntington for about 5 years, and other than the location and prompt responses from maintenance, I couldn’t recommend living here. My rent has gone up almost 25% since i originally leased, and most recently parking has had an almost 150% increase in price. I consistently try to get in touch with leasing but it’s always insanely difficult other than actually showing up in person (leasing office is in a different building) Cooling essentially fails to work - my apartment will consistently reach temperatures of 80~ in the summertime even when my thermostat is set to 70. This is even an issue in the cooler months. The parking garage has almost never had a working fob reader, meaning anyone who enters the garage can then enter the building. These apts are immaculately clean and beautiful. The appliances are high end and the layout is great- also special shoutout to the management team (Erin is a complete rock star).

The Huntington was recommended to me by a former resident, and I can see why it came so highly recommended. The management is professional, kind, and great at communicating which gives me such peace of mind as apartment living can be stressful if there's bad management. Deandra and Robyn are superb! They communicate promptly, and are thoughtful to make sure that my concerns/needs are met. Vlad addressed my maintenance issues, and you could not meet a nicer guy than him. My apartment unit itself is well-maintained and, so far, I've not had any issues with noisy neighbors. The location is convenient to everything you could possibly need (grocery, shopping, restaurants, highway access).
