The Tremont

This place provides truly professional and excellent service. The maintenance staff are very friendly, and whenever any issue arises, they resolve it in less than a day. They also listen carefully to the residents’ feedback and take it into consideration. Recently, the common areas were remodeled. They even created a soundproof business room where people who work from home can quietly focus, even in the evening. The swimming pool is also well-maintained with daily water quality checks. It’s a quiet neighborhood, with a supermarket nearby, and Burlington Mall is within walking distance!

Lived at the Tremont in Burlington for 2 years and I’ve had a great experience. The accommodation and hospitality of the workers as well as the community is what everyone would want in an apartment building. Highly recommend if within budget.

Highly recommended! Excellent facilities, location and super friendly and responsive staff — from front desk to maintenance to cleaning. Just one recent example: the other day my car needed a jump start, and Jay at front desk graciously offered to bring his own car around and help.

This place is great. We love Tremont but more because of Robin and Deandre!! They both are kindest soul I have ever met. That makes a huge difference in living here

Paul and Mike on the maintenance team are amazing! They are super responsive and always help out when something in the apartment isn’t working. They are professional and knowledgeable, and the Tremont is lucky to have them!
