Lync at Alterra

I lived at the Lync at Alterra for six years, moving in when the building first opened, and I truly loved my time there. The staff was consistently kind, professional, and solution-oriented, which made a huge difference throughout my residency. The amenities were excellent and well maintained, and the apartment itself was a dream to live in. I only moved out because I purchased a home — otherwise, I would have happily stayed. The staff was also incredibly supportive with my transition and made the move out process a success. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home and is supported by a great team, I highly recommend the Lync at Alterra.

I’ve been living at Lync at Alterra for about 6 months now and it is absolutely amazing! What makes Lync at Alterra so awesome is the Leasing Office Staff in particular Bria and Whitney. They are very empathetic and understanding as well as problem-solving oriented. If you are looking for a great place to stay definitely check out Lync at Alterra!

I had an issue at another Grady property, and Ms. Yolanda showed me incredible kindness and compassion. She truly went above and beyond to work a miracle on my behalf!! From the very beginning, she made me feel heard, valued, and supported! Ms. Yolanda also introduced me to Ms. Melissa, who was just as phenomenal. Together, they made sure my transition to Lync was stress-free. Every step of the way, they treated me with genuine care! There are truly no words to express my deep gratitude to both of them. I’m so thankful for them!

Apartment Tour Review – January 3, 2026 I arrived on time for my scheduled apartment tour and was immediately met with an unwelcoming and dismissive attitude from the front desk staff. After informing the concierge that I was there for a tour, she mumbled a response and offered no further guidance. I stood waiting for nearly 10 minutes without acknowledgment or assistance. Eventually, a leasing agent entered the office and asked if I needed help. When I again stated I was there for a scheduled tour, she appeared unfamiliar with my appointment, did not review any notes, and instead questioned me about how many bedrooms I needed.
