Luna Bear 454 West Brown Apartments

Honestly one star is sufficient here, the complex itself isn’t terrible you still get the occasional crazy neighbors and the teenagers/kids can be a lot but otherwise it’s fairly clean, and the units aren’t to bad for what your paying for. My issue is the management company and the current manager. Since moving in back in September we’ve been through 4 or 5 different managers, the current one Eairauna Hinton is by far the worst, she does not act professional in the slightest, try’s to be all buddy buddy with you especially if your female, I’d be cautious I got the vibe she was trying to hit on me, my first encounter with her she was all to happy to tell me the last manager was getting fired which is very unprofessional. I could give 0 stars I would. Please allow the photos to speak for the reality of this property. This place is surrounded by filth. There is a problem with bugs and roaches. Repairs are never handled correctly. So unhappy living here and so disappointed how this property went into the ground. The interior of the apartments are so nice but that has been overlooked due to the filthiest. They never fine the residents for leaving the property in this condition.

I lived there for a year n it was like living in a litter box. My son got attacked by dogs when throwing out the trash,due to dog fence still let some dogs go through. My kindergarten got his foot broken by another kid from that complex at the bus stop and nothing was done. My unit wasn't even completed when I moved in we had to wait hours in the uhaul. I had cabinet missing the entire lease. They never put it on. So many issues with washer n dryer. The fridge. Floor sinking in, no patio. Was told false info. I basically paid for the unit while my kids went to my mom's place. Then when moving out which was the 1st of Feb. She told me since I didnt have it printed out and I email her serval times about moving out I ended up having to stay 2 more months which wasn't in the lease so April 1st

One of the worst apartments ever. Current management makes it seem like they are doing you a favor by just showing up. Neighbor problem document everything due to their non care belief they take only one side. This place is as nasty and filthy as it can get and management only cares how pool looks. Pool by the way that can’t be used due to chain lock over 8 mons year. Final warning. Ever get accused of infestation get ready for management to be more non caring over bearing rude and to very much give you the finger

Has been a great place to live. Friendly neighbors and the staff are very responsive. I love my apartment with the large rooms and pool to relax by.
