After a year at our place, we have had a great experience with Lufkin Property Management! The rental is nice, appliances are up to date, and quiet, for the most part, and when the lease was up they had reasonable options for month to month or renewing for another year. Only had to call a few times for repairs but they had someone out if not that day the next. I’d recommend them for anyone looking for a rent in the Lufkin area.

This place owns a low income apartment complex across from my house on Pershing...the garbage is never picked up because they DONT MONITOR WHAT THE LOW INCOME PEOPLE put in it. It constantly blows into my yard and my neighbors. We are absolutely sick and tired of looking at the dumpster with trash oozing over the edges! They need to relocate the dumpster BEHIND the apartments and put a wall around it!!!

The lack of unprofessionalism of those in the office along with no accountability when their maintenance worker causes something is unbelievable. Update yesterday I received a notice of lease violation. The letter stated it was my responsibility for lawn maintenance and that yard should be kept trimmed and tidy. (Been here 5 years now so I am aware). Contacted office as letter stated and when I asked the lady what the letter meant by tidy the generic response was laughable. You would think there was trash or junk all around the yard. I then asked when my yard was looked at she stated they received a call about the yard which I then asked from who to which she stated she couldn't tell me that. I said so you telling me you guys take anonymous reports about the property you manage well do you
