From the moment I interacted with her at the front office, Amina has been nothing but friendly, welcoming, and genuinely relatable. She brings a warm, positive energy that immediately puts you at ease, and that alone makes a big difference when moving into a new place. Every time I’ve spoken with her, she’s been professional, attentive, and happy to help, which makes the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. The customer service here has been great overall, and Amina truly stands out as someone who represents the community well. Giving these 5 stars because of Patricia, she’s awesome here! She’s very friendly and relatable which makes the whole process feel seamless. I had to wait for my unit to get new carpet installed before move in and the entire time Patricia was in communication letting me know deadline and updates. On move in day I had a minor issue that was addressed immediately through maintenance and fixed within an hour. My building is calm and so far haven’t had an inconveniences. I have came in contact with Amina at the front office, which she’s also super friendly. I’m relieved that the customer service here is great lol

I loved these apartments I had no issues with them at all. The only thing was parking was terrible. So I just moved out due to them increasing the rent tremendously. I called and asked them did they do a walk through because I didn’t receive a call about it. They told me they sent my balance to collections which was $1877 because the apartment wasn’t cleaned after I left. They told me that I’m being charged for paint and they also said the apartment wasn’t cleaned and they never even came to clean the carpet prior to me resining my lease. How much cleaner do they want these apartments after you leave. Should I have hired someone to paint and pay someone to come clean the apartment professionally because I’m confused!! So is this place not cleaned from the pictures that are posted below?

Okay, honest review. I’ve lived here for four months now, and there’s only a few things that bug me a little. 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦: -The pictures of the apartments on the website don’t show the units that aren’t renovated (I currently reside in one of the “older” units). So if you’re expecting all the apartments to be renovated, they aren’t. But my unit is pretty good from my experience of living here the past few months. -We pay for trash, but a day or two after it’s picked up, it’s overflowing for the following week leaving a pungent smell. It’s not a problem for me because my unit isn’t close to it, but I’m sure it might bother residents that live right in front/behind it. -The AC is pretty loud. -Parking is not assigned, and I’ve had a few people address me that I took their “spot”… Maybe there should

I just moved in last month. The whole application process was smooth and efficient. I have met all the staff in the management team. Everyone is patient, enthusiastic, and friendly. Although there were some tiny issues in the apartment, they were all fixed within one week. It is really enjoyable living here.
