I recently had the opportunity to tour London Towne Apartments in Laurel, Virginia, and I feel compelled to share what was, without exaggeration, one of the most professionally executed property tours I have experienced. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere reflected order, pride, and thoughtful management. The grounds were well-maintained, the amenities were presented with clarity and purpose, and the overall environment conveyed a strong sense of community and operational excellence. Kennedy has been an outstanding business coordinator and a true asset to this company. She assisted me and my team with adding a tenant to an existing lease, and the entire process was handled with exceptional professionalism. Her knowledge of the procedures, her ability to explain each step clearly, and her commitment to ensuring accuracy made the experience smooth and stress‑free. What impressed me most was her communication style. Kennedy maintained a strong understanding with the client throughout the process, demonstrating patience, clarity, and a genuine commitment to customer service. I had the pleasure of touring London Towne with Hailie. She did a superb job of answering any and all questions that I had and was very considerate and understanding. Her passion and enthusiasm to help find me the perfect place to live was greatly appreciated and her knowledge of what she talks about is very helpful. All in all she made an experience that can typically be stressful and overwhelming into a delightful and accommodating tour.

The management has been extremely difficult to deal with. After a couple of unsuccessful online payment attempts, they blocked all online options — and then, without notice, blocked every other payment method as well. When we tried to pay by money order, they initially refused to accept it. It took over 15 minutes to convince them to take our payment, even though the lease explicitly states that money orders are an accepted form of payment. They also falsely claimed otherwise. And after blocking every way to pay, they actually threatened legal action if we didn’t pay—how’s that for logic? After all this, they issued us a violation for unclear reasons—just another example of how poorly this place is managed.
