Loma Linda Apartments

Probably the best apartment you can get for the area. The whole complex is managed well and is always maintained and clean. The people are nice and completely quiet. The interior is cute and updated. Svetlana manages the complex and is extremely caring and attentive. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Great price for the area in the current market. Units are updated and clean, Svitlana is very attentive and maintenance is quick to take care of tenants needs. Didn’t have any problems living there through our lease. Would recommend to anyone considering Loma Linda

Apartments are now just repainted, old mold was never cleaned up, Counter tops are not change, just a counter top sheet exchange. Land lord (svitlana) favors Russians or Ukrainians as tenants, She will raise your rent by 9% while Russians and Ukrainians will very between 2-5%. if your not Russian or Ukrainian, stay away.

BUGS INSIDE MY APPARTEMENT!!!!!! EXTREMELY DIRTY CARPET!!!! MAN THAT management hires to Steam the carpet DOESN'T CLEAN PRORERLY!!! I BOUGHT MYSELF AND CLEANED CARPET WITH STEAMED AND SOAP VACUUM . ALL THE WATER WAS EXTREMELY DIRTY (Black water) AND STINKES !!!!! DISCUSTING. I SHOWED MANAGER IN THE OFFICE . AND THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING !!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISCUSTING DIRTY APPARTMENTS. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!
