Lofts at Lincoln Station

I moved in about three months ago or so. The apartments are nice with decent space. Overall quiet for the most part, but it can get a little noisy during the day time with traffic near by. It’s a heavy traffic area being right by a highway and light rail station across the street, so I expected it to be a little noisy. The building is kept clean and I have not noticed any major issues overall. It’s also very safe as they keep the building locked after 6pm, which is a plus. Maintenance is very quick to respond and fix any requests. The location is great and it fits my needs.

I’m coming up on 5 years at The Lofts at Lincoln Station in Lone Tree, Colorado. I have enjoyed this place as my home all this time. The neighbors are friendly and no one is stressed about living here. I’ve been to other places where people were always upset about something not working in or around their apartments or problems with noise or management. I’ve had two managers, Nichole and now Brandy while living here and both were/are very nice and friendly. Anytime I had a concern, management is always there to listen and help. Brandy Page is a gem within this community and I don’t believe you pay her enough. Neighbors I have talked to will also agree with me about Brandy. She is competent, reliable, fair, a hard worker and without her, I don’t believe this place would run as well as it is

Edit: Had an issue with a scheduled tour. Voiced my concern and the regional manager Anna and Floyd were very quick to reach out and make things right. Floyd gave the tour and was very professional and courteous. I truly do appreciate their time and commitment. The Pikes Peak floor plan is great. A little pricy, but the views are worth it.

Apartments are dirty and the walls are unbelievably thin. You can hear the bar across the street thats open until 2am 7 days a week. The property manager is also unprofessional and does not have any interest in trying to resolve issues but likes to wait until they can charge you money to bring anything. The Camdens next door or Amli down the street are built much better, have better amenities, and significantly better management.

Great clean apartment homes, quiet area, leasing agent helpful and fun at the start of the tour. There is some lack of communication with leasing office after we got approved the friendliness of staff disappeared, we got an email stating approval not a call which I expected. We went in next day to re look and not a single smile or offer of help from leasing agent or front desk girl. Fast approval process and good price so that’s a bonus.
