Loft House Apartments

The management team here is truly wonderful! Valerie and Leo are both incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. When issues arise, they address them quickly and efficiently. In one case, Valerie resolved everything within just minutes of a phone call. You really couldn’t ask for a better team to manage the complex. The location is also a huge plus. It’s right next to Caltrain without the noise, and within walking distance to Murphy St, Whole Foods, and Target. Highly recommend!

When we were searching for a new apartment, Loft House stood out to us because, in addition to the great location and modern units, the management team clearly cares about the resident experience. They actively take feedback and continuously work to improve the community. In particular, Leo has been wonderful to work with. He is always quick to respond to questions and proactive about making things right. We are still new to the community, but we plan to update this review after living here for a while to give a longer-term perspective.

Words cannot describe how wonderful the team at Loft House has been. Valerie, Elijah, Denise and Leo are fantastic and made our stay here very pleasant. The location is perfect, the building is immaculately maintained and your service requests are addressed immediately The team also threw regular get togethers for the building and that's how we met a lot of our neighbors. I wish we could have stayed here for longer, we'll miss Loft House a lot

I got a fantastic tour! Go ahead and visit the reception office and ask for Leonardo he is such a great host I toured 6 other buildings and Leo was the best by far! knowledgeable person, solution oriented, very understanding and willing to help. If you are looking for your next home Leo will surely find it for you.

Stopped by as a walk-in to tour the apartments and met Leo, the manager on site. He was super accommodating and took the time to answer all my questions, even though it was late in the day. Ended up locking in an apartment on the spot, which was a huge relief. Leo’s really friendly and genuine — made the whole process easy and earned my trust.
