This is one of the best apartment complexes in Isla Vista bar none. Clean, renovated, close to campus and close to everything in IV. Between my girlfriend and I, we've lived in plenty of places and this one was so nice that we stayed for 4 years. The management and maintenance crew was always on top of maintenance requests. The walls are thick, we never had any complaints that we we're too loud and we rarely ever heard any of our neighbors. Don't believe the bad reviews that say this place will keep your deposit, those are just people that trashed the place and got mad when they had to pay to fix it.
Newly renovated! Allows dogs/cats. Very close to campus. Had no problems
Sehr cool, ich war hier 2 Wochen zu Besuch und es sind schöne Wohnungen, sehr zentral und rundherum viele Sororities.
