Patterson Place Apartments

Bobby and Rigo are phenomenal. They were super attentive, personable and make it an enjoyable to live. The newly renovated grounds were amazing and they did tremendous work. The cleaning and maintenance staff are top notch and do incredible jobs keeping the grounds maintained and your apartment tended to. Tobes Group always makes the rent high which is the only downside of this complex. If you can afford it, Bobby and Rigo will make it a great place to stay in the best city in CA.

I lived at Patterson Place for two years and loved it! The staff is very friendly and helpful, grounds are kept clean and amenities are great. I would definitely live here again if I get the chance to. Plus, you can't get a better location. Right next to the highway with easy access to Goleta and SB!

Living here has been great so far! My fiancé got a job in Santa Barbara and we had a very last minute move from out of state, so needless to say it was a chaotic and stressful time. Rigo was incredibly accommodating and helpful with our unique situation and made sure everything was ready for us as we made the move into the state. The apartment was clean upon move in and the whole process went smoothly. The communication from management is excellent and maintenance is always quick to fix anything. The property is also beautiful and great for kids and pets. We’ve loved living here so far and are very glad we chose Patterson Place as our home!

Patterson Place Apartments gave my girlfriend and I the absolute best experience. Bobbie and Rigo (who are apart of the management team) were not only professional but deeply kind and truly cared about us during our time. The whole apartment complex has also been completely renovated, and it looks incredible. Amenities like ping pong and billiards are such a treat and the pool is always a great choice. We also appreciated the large amounts of grass for our dog Maggie. There was always great communication from staff and any maintenance issue I had was fixed promptly. Rented a one-bedroom for almost 2 years here. They did a lot of renovating and the grounds and apartments look very good for the age of the building. There's an awesome bike/running path in the back that you can take straight to UCSB. It's about 3 miles away on that path, so it's a convenient spot if you're a student who doesn't want to live too near the campus. There's good Korean food and a sandwich place within walking distance of the apartment as well. We looked at quite a few apartment complexes in Santa Barbara. For the price, this place is very solid. No in-unit laundry, but they have a lot of attached laundry rooms that are clean. The poolhouse and grills are nice and kept clean as well. Rigo was great and helpful every time we talked to him.
