One Mosaic

Very clean and modern housing. Arguably the nicest place to live in IV - I have not seen any other student housing as nice as the apartments here. Underground car parking as well. Management is friendly, but have been hard to get ahold of sometimes. Have been renovating the entire complex, which is awesome, but the timeline to completion keeps getting pushed. My housemates and I are social people and have been meeting people on our own, but it could be cool idea to consider having occasional organised events. Feedback aside, we really love living here. The missing star is because rent has become 25% more than what it was when I first moved in...

I moved into One Mosaic in July with friends from school. We all love living here, it is so close to school, and all the stores are less than a 10min drive away. The apartments are better than anything else you can find in IV, they are clean, simple, and spacious. One of my favorite features of the apartment is that not only do you get your own sink, but the bathroom sinks are actually outside the bathroom so I can still get ready and brush my teeth even if my roommate is in there, which can be a lifesaver if I am late for class. Highly recommend living here if you are a UCSB student and want to live close to campus in a quiet and clean structure.

Honestly I thought the management team was very helpful but while having a lease with one mosaic they charged me $150 for a parking spot I never agreed to having and when asking for a refund they said that they could only refund my money via my rentcafe account or they could talk to their accountant to cut me a check for the reimbursement. I told them a check would work and they never replied to me. I also got an email about the deposit refund on July 24th and it is now September. They asked where they should send the check to and I told them my address and I never received it.

Great staff. Jac is amazing to work with and super helpful. Our son is very happy living there and have decided to renew his lease at this place. Apartment is totally renovated. Bright & modern. Perfect settings for a young person that wants to be close to UCSB.

If I could add another star, I would. Jac has made the whole new experience for them a joyful one. We walked in and we were instantly greeted by Jac who gave us a complete tour of the property and took the time to answer all of our questions. Since we signed the lease in March, Jac has been so helpful with any further questions. We are also glad that he will be there on the property when they move down in August. The property is absolutely beautiful and tastefully remodeled with high end materials and location, location, location!! Thank you!
