Winslowe - New Homes by City Ventures

It is a pretty great place to call home. Lots of families. Downsides are, the construction right next to it, and no parking.

Central and convenient location, but I wish they had more greenery. I was there on a super hot day, so not much shade. The helpful lady in the sales office gave me a floor plan packet, which was helpful, but the only way to see the units was to peek in the windows. What I did like was that the location was close to amenities, and the prices were good for the size. I like that the unit is right above the garage, and that there is actually a garage to park in. Overall it is a very nice complex.

We moved into a plan 6 unit a few weeks ago and are loving it so far! The townhomes are in a great location and we frequently ride our bikes to old town shops. The pool is wonderful and we’ve already been taking advantage of the fantastic community garden. We’ve been enjoying the quiet as we are one of the first to move in, but we are excited to see that the neighborhood is quickly filling up. Bob the builder and his team did a beautiful job completing the interior with our choices for custom flooring, countertops, etc. The City Ventures sales team, especially Dan, has made us feel right at home and ensured all of our questions were addressed. We are very glad to call the Winslowe community home!

I love it because my kids could afford to stay in town, and share their kids with us! Such a nice sense if community there!
