Linq at North Springs

I just renewed my lease for a 3rd year. Excellent experience. Great leasing personnel, clean and quiet apartment community and maintenance requests get completed quickly. Team goes above and beyond for their residents. I also like that our leasing Manager and Assistant Manager live onsite. One of The best places I’ve lived in Atlanta. Highly recommend

I have loved my time at Linq! The amenities are wonderful, common spaces are always clean and tidy, my service requests are always taken care of within hours at most. All of the staff have been incredible. I have lived in multiple units here, and can attest to their fairness and care in both the move-in and move-out process. This is a great community, with kind and mindful neighbors and a relaxing lifestyle. I could not recommend them highly enough.

I have resided here for several months and thoroughly enjoy it, with the intention of long-term residency. The entire office staff is friendly and professional; Amanda and Gentry provided invaluable assistance with various matters during my initial relocation period. The apartment is well-appointed. A few minor improvements are needed: the vicinity of the trash bins in the parking garage is frequently unkempt. An unidentified sauce stain remained for an extended period previously, and a clump of hair has been left uncleaned since Christmas. I kindly request the cleaning team to prioritize this area, which is the reason for my temporary 4-star rating. Overall, my family and I are very satisfied with our stay here!

Have lived here for a year and half now, and have loved it! Maintenance always on point when we’ve had trouble, we have had some issues but nothing that isn’t normal for an apartment and always get resolved right away. My husband and I love living here and have not had any issues. Gym is constantly getting cleaned (everyday) all staff is very polite and nice. Great service overall.

I intended to relocate in January upon the expiration of my lease. In early October, The Linq at North Springs had a unit go on notice, and I was very interested in the community because it appeared to offer the amenities I was seeking. I submitted my rental application on **October 17, 2025**, paying a total of **$300**, which included both an application fee and a $200 administrative fee. My scheduled move‑in date was **January 24, 2026**. I did not receive a copy of the lease until **January 7, 2026**, nearly three months after my application was submitted. Upon reviewing the lease, I noticed it stated that I would be issued **zero (0) keys** to my unit. Believing this to be an error, I requested that it be corrected prior to signing.
